1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and noght88 ("we", "us", "the Platform", "noght88"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the noght88 website located at noght88.net ("the Site"), you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the noght88 platform and must not attempt to register an account. Continued use of the Site following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. noght88 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will display a prominent notice on the Site. The effective date of the current version appears at the top of this document.

noght88 may provide these Terms in English. In the event of any inconsistency between different language versions (if produced), the English version shall prevail. All communications with noght88, including support queries and formal disputes, may be conducted in English.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the noght88 platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout all subsequent use:

• You are at least 18 years of age. noght88 does not permit any person under the age of 18 to register, deposit, bet, play, or receive winnings on the platform. This is a non-negotiable requirement and applies to all players in Bangladesh and any other jurisdiction.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person, company, or organisation.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you in Bangladesh.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of a noght88 employee or contractor in a role that could create a conflict of interest in relation to platform use.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law applicable to you.

Age Verification

noght88 takes its 18+ obligation seriously. During the KYC verification process — required before any withdrawal is processed — you will be asked to provide a copy of a valid government-issued identity document, such as your National Identity Card (NID) or passport, confirming your date of birth. If the submitted documents confirm that you are under 18 years of age, your account will be permanently suspended, all pending bets will be voided, and any deposited funds will be returned to the originating payment method.

One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on noght88. Operating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances derived from bonuses or promotional offers.

3 Account Registration

To access the full features of noght88 — including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits and withdrawals — you must register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid mobile phone number, and a unique password.

Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information provided at registration and at any subsequent point of account update is true, accurate, current, and complete. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension. noght88 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided.

KYC — Know Your Customer

noght88 requires all players to complete a one-time KYC identity verification process before any withdrawal is processed. Required documents include a government-issued photo ID (NID or passport) and, in some cases, proof of address (a recent utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months). KYC is also required when a player's cumulative deposit or withdrawal volume exceeds certain thresholds, or when noght88's fraud-prevention systems flag an account for review.

Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe requested by noght88 may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality. noght88 will not process any withdrawal to a payment method that does not match the name on the registered account.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your noght88 account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or SMS OTP codes with any other person under any circumstances. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised or that unauthorised access has occurred, you must notify noght88 immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. noght88 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by a player's failure to protect their credentials.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

noght88 supports a range of Bangladesh-native payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). noght88 does not charge a platform fee on deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your noght88 wallet within 3 minutes of the transaction being confirmed by your mobile money provider. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the processing schedule of the originating institution. noght88 cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own systems.

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits (payments made using an account belonging to another person) are not accepted.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once they have been credited to your noght88 wallet and used to place bets.
• noght88 reserves the right to return a deposit if it cannot be verified as originating from an account in the player's name.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where operationally possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 5–15 minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take up to one business day. Withdrawals to Rocket and Upay are processed within 30 minutes in most cases.

All withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC identity verification. noght88 reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal request that triggers risk or fraud prevention thresholds. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined if your account has unresolved active bonus wagering requirements, pending identity verification, or an active dispute.

Currency

All player balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings on noght88 are displayed and processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), using the ৳ symbol. noght88 does not offer multi-currency wallets. There is no currency conversion step for Bangladeshi players using BDT-native payment methods.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

noght88 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. These may include welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated at the time the offer is presented. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for matters relating to that promotion only.

Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement — a multiplier indicating how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be bet before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. For example, a wagering requirement of 20x on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must place bets totalling ৳20,000 before the bonus-derived balance becomes withdrawable. Wagering requirements and eligible games are stated on each individual promotion's detail page.

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds and are used first when placing bets, unless otherwise stated.
• Free bet credits expire within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms — typically 7 days from the date of issue.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per device. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus more than once using different accounts or payment methods constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension.
• noght88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is evidence of systemic abuse or where technical errors have led to incorrect bonus amounts being issued.

Bonus Abuse

noght88 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect patterns of bonus abuse. Practices that constitute abuse include — but are not limited to — the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play between accounts to meet wagering requirements, hedging bets to guarantee withdrawal of bonus funds, and exploiting technical errors. Where abuse is detected, noght88 may void any bonuses and associated winnings, suspend or permanently close the affected account(s), and withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation.

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using noght88, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and with applicable law at all times. You are solely responsible for your conduct on the platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action:

Prohibited Activities

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or misrepresenting your age or eligibility.
• Money Laundering: Using the noght88 platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds for the purpose of disguising the illicit origin of those funds.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live table games, or any other multi-player format.
• Exploitation of Errors: Taking advantage of technical errors, software bugs, incorrect odds, or system malfunctions. Any winnings generated from an exploited error are not payable and will be voided.

• Third-Party Account Use: Allowing or facilitating another person to use your noght88 account, or using another person's account on their behalf.

Your General Obligations

You agree to keep your contact information current and up to date in your noght88 account profile. You agree to cooperate fully with any identity verification, fraud investigation, or responsible gaming review initiated by noght88. You agree not to hold noght88 responsible for losses resulting from your own decisions — including the decision to continue gambling after reaching or approaching your self-set deposit or loss limits.

7 Intellectual Property

All content on the noght88 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, page layouts, graphics, colour schemes, text content, software code, game interfaces (where provided directly by noght88), and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of noght88 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the noght88 platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant you any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any noght88 content without express written consent.
• Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the noght88 software or platform infrastructure.
• Create derivative works based on any noght88 content or intellectual property.
• Use the noght88 name, logo, or trademarks in any commercial context, advertising material, or third-party website without written authorisation.

Game content delivered through the noght88 platform by third-party providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others) remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is subject to their own licensing terms.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, noght88 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the noght88 platform. This limitation applies regardless of the legal basis of the claim (contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise) and regardless of whether noght88 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

No Warranty

The noght88 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. noght88 makes no warranty — express or implied — that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, free of viruses or other harmful components, or that defects will be corrected. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any information on the platform, including odds data, game rules, and promotional terms.

Service Interruptions

noght88 is not liable for service interruptions, delayed bet placement, failed transactions, or any losses arising from technical issues outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to: internet outages, power failures, mobile network congestion across Grameenphone, Robi, Banglalink, or Teletalk networks, third-party payment provider downtime, cyberattacks, or natural disasters.

In the event that a live bet is interrupted due to a platform error, noght88 will apply its standard void-bet policy: bets placed on markets that cannot be settled due to a verifiable technical interruption will be voided and the stake returned to the player's wallet.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your noght88 account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Before closing your account, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Suspension or Closure by noght88

noght88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player's account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Confirmed or suspected fraud, money laundering, or collusion.
• Provision of false identity information or failure to complete KYC within a requested timeframe.
• Operation of multiple accounts.
• Confirmed underage account holder.
• At the player's own request as part of a self-exclusion or responsible gaming process.
• Where required by law, regulation, or a court order.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, noght88 may withhold any outstanding balance pending the outcome of an internal investigation. Real-money funds that are confirmed as legitimately deposited and not derived from bonus abuse or fraudulent activity will be returned to the player following the conclusion of the investigation, subject to identity verification.

Self-Exclusion

Dispute Resolution Process

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of your noght88 account — including bet settlements, payment processing, bonus terms, or account actions — you should first contact the noght88 customer support team via live chat. The support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and aims to resolve most issues at first contact.

Bet Settlement Disputes

All disputes regarding the settlement of bets must be submitted within 14 days of the relevant market being settled. After 14 days, settlement results are considered final and non-disputable. noght88's decision on bet settlement, following an internal review, is final and binding where the relevant evidence has been considered in good faith.

Amendments to Terms

noght88 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through a notice displayed prominently on the Site. Continued use of noght88 after such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of the current version.
